Measurement directly in the 3D model – with the Metashape Cloud

With Metashape Cloud, we offer our customers a modern, browser-based solution for precise measurement directly in the digital 3D model. The high-resolution 3D data, which was previously captured using a drone (e.g., DJI Matrice 4E) and processed with Agisoft Metashape, is available online—including professional measurement tools.

Measure distances between any two points directly in the model – e.g., for lengths, heights, or distances in hard-to-reach places such as roofs, facades, or industrial facilities.
 

Area calculation

Volume analysis

With stored elevation models, volumes can also be calculated – for example, for earth masses, bulk material storage, or construction pits.

🚁 Technical basis: DJI Matrice 4E

The images were captured using the DJI Matrice 4E—a sophisticated drone with zoom and wide-angle optics and excellent image stabilization. Thanks to precise flight control and stable GPS navigation, razor-sharp, detailed images are possible even at high altitudes.
