Cooperation between TeeCam GmbH and EEW Energy from Waste
Since 2024, TeeCam GmbH and EEW Energy from Waste have been working together in a strategic partnership to significantly advance digitalization and efficiency in thermal waste treatment. The cooperation combines the innovative strength of TeeCam GmbH with EEW's many years of operational experience.
A key goal of the collaboration is to develop digital tools and technologies that offer both ecological and economic benefits. These include in particular:
Focus on digital innovations:
Digital twins of plant components and processes
TeeCam is working with EEW to develop digital twins for critical plant components. These enable precise simulation and real-time condition monitoring – from the combustion chamber to the turbine. This optimizes maintenance intervals, prevents downtime, and reduces operating costs.
Programming of a KKS-based solution (power plant identification system)
A modular software solution based on the KKS system was programmed for the structured mapping and visualization of all technical components. This forms the basis for consistent plant logic and a uniform data structure across all locations.
Split-screen applications for control rooms and mobile devices
Flexible split-screen interfaces were developed for the simultaneous display of live data, plant status, and maintenance documentation.
Split-screen applications for control rooms and mobile devices
Flexible split-screen interfaces have been developed for the simultaneous display of live data, plant status, and maintenance documentation. These enable operators and technicians to quickly access relevant information—both stationary in the control room and mobile via tablet or smartphone.
Common goals:
Increased efficiency through data-driven process optimization
Emissions reduction through more precise control and monitoring
Standardization and digitization of operating and maintenance processes
Increased plant availability through predictive maintenance
This partnership sets standards in the digital transformation of waste recycling and is a showcase model for future-oriented industrial cooperation. Both companies are united by the goal of making an active contribution to a sustainable circular economy and climate protection through innovative technologies.
